Shipping Policy
We take great care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via third party carrier. Deliveries are made every Friday - Sunday unless otherwise mentioned on the product page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email to monitor its progress. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or damage during shipping, please visit our Contact page and fill out the form within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
